In order to access and use the LACC services, we may require that you register for the applicable services and provide certain information, which may include, without limitation, your email address, name, date of birth, country of residence, zip code, mobile phone number, etc. You represent and warrant that all registration and account information you submit is truthful and accurate and you shall maintain and promptly update the accuracy of such information.

Privacy

The LACC is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or distribute your personal information to any other organizations. We use the information we collect about you only to complete your online order, to provide you with information you request or to offer further information about LASA or LACC.

Security

By creating accounts and passwords on the LACC website, users agree to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and are responsible for restricting access to their personal computer and mobile devices. It is therefore critical that you do not share your user credentials with anyone.

Purchases

The LACC has the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any orders placed on the website. Errors in pricing or description are subject to correction and may be adjusted at any time. Errors in order processing are also subject to correction. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. All tickets are non-refundable.

Prohibited Items

The following items are restricted, may not be brought into the exhibition and may be confiscated by the LACC exhibition staff: illegal drugs, weapons of any kind, paints and aerosols, as well as any indelible markers and any other item deemed by LACC Security to be inappropriate. Similarly, food of any type is not permitted inside the exhibition galleries. Professional equipment and tripods are not permissible unless previously approved by the LACC directors. Children cannot enter the exhibition galleries without adult accompaniment.
